The Brooke-Hancock Regional Planning and Development Council (BH) is one of eleven regional planning and development councils in West Virginia and one of 73 local development districts in Appalachia. Its primary role is to prepare projects and programs to build infrastructure, expand local capacity, and prioritize investment projects. To complete these tasks, BH annually adopts/updates a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). See the project priorities for 2014-2015 here, Adopted CEDS Priority List 2015.
In addition, a categorical and complete project list is also provided.
