Answer #1: The RFP is a general expression of the provider’s ability to accomplish the task we are asking; Fiber to the Premise (FTTP). Give us the details that you feel are appropriate. If your proposal is selected the details are negotiable.
- Question #2: Can the Request for Proposal (RFP) include just one county? Or does it have to encompass proposals for both Brooke and Hancock counties?
Answer #2: No. Your proposal needs to address FTTP to every household in Brooke and Hancock counties. Nothing less is to be accepted.
