Transportation Engineer
Mr. Townsend took the position as Transportation Engineer on July 27, 2020. His responsibilities include maintaining an effective working relationship with federal, state, and local agencies, maintaining BHJ’s travel forecasting model, and managing BHJ’s traffic count program and preparing reports. He also assists in the identification and analysis of local and regional transportation-related issues and the development of solutions. Mr. Townsend holds a Master of Public Administration from The Ohio State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Cedarville University, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
