F.Y. 2018 – 2021 Transportation Improvement Program – Revision #18

The Brooke-Hancock-Jefferson Metropolitan Planning Organization is accepting public review and comment regarding a proposed Revision #18 of the Fiscal Year 2018 – 2021 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), for the Brooke-Hancock-Jefferson Metropolitan Planning (BHJMPO) Region.
The BHJMPO Technical Advisory and Policy Committees will consider adoption of Revision #18 10 during the regularly scheduled meetings convening at 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 Noon respectively on Wednesday, November 20, 2019. The BHJMPO will conduct the meeting at the Brooke-Hancock-Jefferson Metropolitan Planning Commission Offices located at 124 North Fourth Street, Second Floor; Steubenville, Ohio.

Revision #18 includes the following adjustments and amendments:
In Brooke County, WV – Move construction phase of Project# U305 022 00317 00 US 22 JOINT REPAIR, GUARDRAIL REPLACEMENT, DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS FROM HARMON CREEK – PENNSYLVANNIA STATE LINE from FFY2019 to FFY 2020.
In Hancock County, WV – Project# S315 30 00119 00 HIGHWAY SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ON US 30 FROM JOHNSONVILLE RAOD TO RODGER ROAD RESURFACE WITH HIGH FRICTION SURFACE TREATMENT FFY 2020.

The office is located at 124 North Fourth Street, Second Floor Steubenville, Ohio. Business contact hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays Monday through Friday.
