Public Notice for Public Participation Plan Update

The Brooke-Hancock-Jefferson Transportation Study (BHJTS) hereby notifies the general public that the adopted Public Participation Plan (PPP) for Transportation Planning and Programming in the Weirton-Steubenville, WV-OH Metropolitan Area, that is Brooke and Hancock counties, WV and Jefferson County, OH, is being revised and is available for comment and review from 11/26/2025 to 1/14/2026.

Direct all inquiries to Mr. Michael J. Paprocki, Executive Director or, in his absence, Mrs. Erin Dennis, Office Manager. The BHJMPO will acknowledge e-mail requests and comments at mikepap@bhjmpc.org. The BHJMPO accepts and responds to written and signed requests only by mail, in person, or e-mail received no later than 12:00 Noon January 6th, 2026.
