Environmental Consulting Services to complete Brownfields Assessments Grant in Brooke-Hancock County, WV and Jefferson County, OH. The Brooke-Hancock-Jefferson Metropolitan Planning Commission is seeking proposals for environmental services including Ohio and West Virginia Licensed Remediation Specialist to assess Brownfield sites and conduct eligible End Use & Remedial Planning activities. Letters of Interest (LOI) must be submitted January 12, 2026 no later than 1:00 p.m. EST. LOI template and additional information available below:
