Community Development Specialist
The BHJ Metropolitan Planning Commission is seeking a full time Community Development/Project Manager to provide grant and loan assistance, project management, and relevant technical assistance to local governments and public service districts in Brooke and Hancock counties, WV. Applicant must possess must have strong communication, writing, computer and organization skills, familiarity with state and federal regulations, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism, maturity, discretion and decorum. Travel and evening meetings required. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration plus two years’ experience or Associates Degree plus four years’ experience in government, accounting, or banking.
