Location: The property is located on the west side of state Route 2 in Follansbee.

Former/Current Use: Formerly owned by Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corporation dating back to at least 1923. Although it is in close proximity to their operations, industrial uses of this property, if any, are unknown.
