Aerial photos are available for Brooke, Hancock and Jefferson counties. West Virginia photos, taken March 26, 2000, are provided by West Virginia Department of Transportation and were flown by Photoscience of Lexington, KY.

The Ohio photos, taken April 18, 1990, are provided by the Ohio Department of Transportation. These photos are 9"x9 black and white originals printed on Kodak Photo Stock paper on a scale of 1" - 1000'.

Please note BHJ can provide aerial photos only. In Jefferson County, (Ohio) tax map overlays are available at the county courthouse located at 300 Market Street, Steubenville. Topographic maps may be obtained from the Jefferson County Regional Planning Commission located at 500 Market Street, 6th Floor, Steubenville.

Every year BHJ starts in April counting traffic throughout the three-county area. Currently we are on a 3 year cycle to go back to previous locations to keep up an updated local base. Below are traffic counts that were down by BHJ and ODOT, we took those numbers and added them to a Google map were you can move around and select certain counts, and pull up further information on each site. Currently 2008 counts are being finalized and will be loaded soon.
